Love the treadmill. It was delivered quickly, no issues, and as advertised you basically just unpack it, plug it in and go. It came with two power plug options one of which was NZ. Wonderful and compact, easy to fold/unfold once you know how. The app could be better and I'm not sure I'll bother to use it - really the only extra info you get is the average speed over the workout vs the display, and the initial setup was a bit buggy. It's only day one but the treadmill itself appears to perform as expected and the controls are intuitive. Oddly Toll had "BESTSAVER" as the sender which confused me when I got the email tracking notifications but really overall I'm happy with the product and the delivery.

Unfortunately a poor experience on unpackaging, we spent hours just trying to unfold it as the handle didnt work. Knew return shipping to Australia would be a pain so we had to have a go at fixing it ourselves; two tensioned cables inside the unit needed tightening. Working now but others may struggle if they encounter the same issue
